How we test. This sample uses made-up answers. For a real report we ask 3 AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini) 20 questions local customers ask, as if searching from Joondalup, 3 times each: 180 answers in all. We use each company's official connection rather than the consumer apps, which add some personalisation. AI answers vary from one ask to the next, which is why we ask every question several times; treat small differences as noise. Everyday-answer figures leave out the questions that name your business.
