We asked ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's Gemini the questions people ask about smash repairers in Perth's eastern suburbs.

What matters most

  • The right category, everywhere. We've seen car businesses listed under the wrong category on directories. If a directory says you do something else, an assistant may repeat it.
  • Reviews on the sites that get quoted. Assistants mention ratings and review counts when they recommend a car business, so a steady flow of real reviews matters.
  • Your services in plain words. Logbook servicing, brakes, hail damage, insurance work, towing: if you do it, say so on your website and Google profile, along with the suburbs you serve.
  • Your WA repairer licence. Motor vehicle repair businesses in WA must be licensed. Show your licence details on your website and listings.
  • Clear separation from look-alikes. If a business with a similar name is nearby, consistent naming and addresses stop assistants mixing you up.
