For cafés, restaurants and bars
AI search visibility for hospitality
"Where's good for brunch near me?" is exactly the kind of question people now ask an AI assistant. It answers with a handful of places, mostly drawn from local "best of" guides. We help cafés, restaurants and bars become one of the names it gives.
What your customers ask
- "What are the best cafés in Leederville?"
- "Where's a good place for a birthday dinner in Fremantle?"
- "Which bars near me have live music tonight?"
- "Where can I get a decent coffee near North Perth right now?"
What we found when we tested hospitality
We asked ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's Gemini the questions people ask about cafés around Leederville.
Hospitality had the most variety and the least stable answers in our testing. The sources were different too: ChatGPT and Perplexity mostly quoted local guides and review sites like The Urban List, TripAdvisor and Time Out. Read the full study.
What matters most
- Local guides and "best of" lists. Editorial guides dominated the sources. Getting featured, by pitching new menus, events or seasonal specials, gives the assistants something to quote.
- Accurate hours, every day. "Open now" questions are common, and wrong hours, especially on public holidays, cost you visits.
- Your Google profile details. Outdoor seating, dog-friendly, vegan and gluten-free options: questions often ask for exactly these.
- A menu people can read. A text menu on your website, not only a photo or PDF, lets assistants match dishes and dietary needs.
- Working booking links. Check every booking and ordering link still works, and replace any for platforms that have closed.
How we help
We start with a free check using the questions your customers ask, from your suburb. If there's work to do, you get a fixed quote. Setup fixes your details, Google profile, review and booking listings and website, and the monthly plans keep it right and keep building. See pricing.
